Child Care

We also want to allow parents to participate in the meeting and bring their children with them to Heidelberg. Therefore we offer free child care which is supported by the Equal Opportunity Office of the University of Heidelberg.

Child care is offered during the sessions from Friday, November 1st to Sunday, November 3rd. There is no age limit.

Child care workers will care for the children. Depending on the age of the children and the local weather there there will also be possibilities for excursions.

If you want to make use of this offer, we ask you, for organisational reasons, to send a short message with information about the contact person and the age of the child respectively the children to .

Last-minute registrations will also be possible. These can only be considered within the maximal allowed number of children, for which a single child care worker is allowed to take care of, but therefore cannot be guaranteed. We thank for your understanding.
