Conference office & information booth

The conference office and information booth are the central contact points for all participants of the DPT 2015 in Göttingen. Additional information including opening hours are listed below.

Conference office

After arrival please register at the conference office, which is located in seminar room (SR 7) (C.01.101) at the Faculty for Physics. You will get a name badge and a bag containing additional information about the conference, the program booklet and a coffee cup for the coffee breaks.

If you have already paid the conference fees upon registration, please bring your attendance certificate to the conference office. Then, the bar code will be used to print your name badge.

DPG members can use their current membership card (2015) for registration.

Participants of the WE-Heraeus-Förderprogramm will also receive an attendance certificate for that program. On the day of departure please have the certificate stamped at the conference office or information booth.

Information booth/cloakroom

In the foyer of the physics building the cloakroom and an additional information booth, which is hosted by the local organizing committee will be located. If you have any questions concerning the conference or the city of Göttingen (public transport, restaurants, shops, etc.) visit the information booth!

The cost contributions for the city tour and the conference dinner should also be paid at the information booth on arrival.
