The conference office is the central contact point for all participants of the DPT 2017 in Ilmenau.
After arrival please register at the conference office, which is located in Curiebau room C108. You will get a name badge and a bag containing additional information about the conference, the program booklet and a coffee cup for the coffee breaks.
The opening hours of the conference office are the following:

| Saturday, September 30th | 8 am - 1 pm and 2 - 5 pm |

If you have already paid the conference fees upon registration, please bring your attendance certificate to the conference office. Then, the bar code will be used to print your name badge.
DPG members can use their current membership card (2017) for registration.
Participants of the WE-Heraeus-Förderprogramm will also receive an attendance certificate for that program. On the day of departure please have the certificate stamped at the conference office or information booth.
The cloakroom is located in the Curiebau room C110.
