Peer-Coaching

Peer-Coaching is a goal-oriented, confidential exchange between people on the same career stage. Within the scope of the Physikerinnentagung the conditions for three groups - postdocs, industrial physicists and teachers - are to be created for this exchange. In this process career, family, or other topics, introduced by the participants can be in the focus of this peer coaching. All post-docs, industrial physicists and teachers who participate in the Physikerinnentagung are invited to the workshop!
